August 12, 2026 – Day & Ross today announced several key Sales leadership appointments, reflecting the company’s commitment to developing exceptional leaders who are focused on driving growth and an improved customer experience.
After an esteemed career spanning nearly 34 years, Bruce Morin, Chief Revenue Officer, will retire in September 2026. Bruce’s visionary leadership has helped define Day & Ross’s industry reputation, driving consistent growth and operational excellence through times of both challenge and opportunity. His dedication and influence have shaped not only the company’s commercial strategy, but have also inspired a culture of loyalty, trust, and ambition. Bruce will continue with Day & Ross until January 2027 in an advisory role to support a smooth transition.
As the organization enters this new chapter, Annie Noël will step into an expanded role as Senior Vice President, Commercial & Customer Experience for the company’s Freight service offering. Since joining Day & Ross in 2024, Annie has played a key role in guiding efforts to improve the customer experience across Quality, Customer Care, and Truckload operations. With leadership of both Sales and Customer Care, Annie is now uniquely positioned to unite the teams at the heart of the customer experience, accelerating collaboration to strengthen the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Supporting Annie in the next phase of organizational growth, Katie Lee has been promoted to Vice President, Sales, West & National Accounts, while Graeme Wells has been promoted to Vice President, Sales, East. Both bring deep market expertise and a proven track record for building meaningful customer relationships. Together, they will drive regional and national sales strategies that deliver value for customers.
In addition to these appointments, Gardner Green, Senior Vice President, Dedicated Sales, will continue to lead the company’s Dedicated Sales team and now reports to David Carr, President, Dedicated Operations. Gardner remains committed to building on the successful expansion of Day & Ross’s footprint for Dedicated services throughout the US and Canada. Gardner leads an exceptional team dedicated to collaborating with clients and developing customized fleet solutions that support their unique needs. Day & Ross has benefited tremendously from Gardner’s deep industry experience and expertise, and his leadership has been instrumental in reinforcing the company’s position as a top Dedicated Fleet provider serving premier customers across North America.
Strengthening the company’s strategic capabilities even further, Darmon Pike assumes the position of Vice President, Truckload. Drawing on his extensive commercial background, Darmon will focus on maximizing growth opportunities for the company’s Truckload service to support customers, partners, and the broader supply chain.
Additionally, Adam Hammersley moves into a newly created role of Vice President, Sales & Commercial Lead, Strategy, dedicated to advancing the Day & Ross 2030 Strategy. Recognized for his exemplary sales leadership, commitment to driving growth, and for his forward-thinking approach, Adam will bring his expertise to this initiative with a focus on customers and how we serve them.
