Jeff Schnarr has been appointed Senior Vice President, Canadian Operations, a pivotal role that brings together operational excellence and technology-forward thinking. Corey Orchard has been promoted to Chief Information Officer, ensuring continuity and momentum in our digital transformation journey.

Jeff Schnarr, who previously served as Chief Information Officer, steps into this expanded operational leadership role having already left a transformational mark on the company. As CIO, Jeff led the most significant technology modernization in Day & Ross’s history, overhauling our platforms to support our long-term growth strategy. His rare combination of technology fluency and operational insight makes him a strategic leader for the LTL Operations team as the company continues to evolve.
Prior to joining Day & Ross, Jeff built a distinguished 20-plus year career at McCain Foods, where he held senior roles including Director of Integrated Supply Chain, Head of IS for Great Britain, and Global Deployment Lead for the SAP Program.
Corey Orchard, Chief Information Officer
Corey Orchard has been appointed Chief Information Officer, having joined Day & Ross in 2020 from McCain Foods where he accumulated over 25 years of progressive technology leadership experience. Corey has been a champion of greater data access, visibility, and turning insights into meaningful business outcomes — values that align directly with Day & Ross’s strategic priorities.
In his previous role as Associate Vice President, Analytics, Enterprise Architecture & Strategy, Corey became a trusted partner across the organization and established a strong track record of using technology to drive tangible results. His promotion to CIO ensures the company’s technology vision remains in capable and experienced hands.
