Last night, Day & Ross won silver medal for employer branding at the Canadian HR Awards virtual ceremony. We also came in the top five for our diversity and inclusion initiatives.
This achievement comes as we celebrate our own 70th anniversary and solidify our work to unite our teams under one brand. We’re excited to receive recognition that acknowledges our seven-decade history of putting our people first, and our ongoing efforts to make Day & Ross an employer of choice in our industry.
Over the last year, we’ve made great progress on our employer brand, both through internal communications and our external branding and recruiting efforts. Recent projects include the launch of our employee intranet and newsletter, external website, social media channels and authentic photography of our team members.
