Michelle Allard is being promoted to Vice President, Marketing & Communications. In this role, Michelle will develop, implement, and oversee our overall brand image in support of our growth strategy.
Michelle joined Day & Ross in 2018, leading our rebranding efforts and developing our brand vision and strategy. She has built a strong team that creates and manages our internal and external communications, including our digital channels, intranet, and branding for our facilities and fleet.
Prior to joining our company, Michelle gained diverse leadership experience in corporate and agency environments. In addition to marketing and communications expertise, Michelle brings a strong ability to collaborate and identify opportunities for efficiency, consistency, and improvements.
