Step 2 of 8

Step 3 of 8
Apply the white sticker
Apply the white sticker at the top to the Bill of Lading so the shipment information can be matched correctly.
Step 4 of 8
Use the stickers in sequence
Use the barcode stickers in order, starting with 001 and continuing through the sheet.
Step 5 of 8
Apply ONLY one sticker to each handling unit
Apply ONLY one sticker to each handling unit. Do not place it on the top or corners.
Step 6 of 8
Keep the stickers in order
Make sure the sticker numbers match the handling units in order.
Step 7 of 8
Use additional stickers when needed
Write your own label for additional handling units starting at 009 and continuing sequentially (010, 011, 012, etc.).
Step 8 of 8
Damaged sticker?
Remove and discard all the stickers already applied to the freight, and use a new sticker sheet to ensure all labels are in sequence, are clear and readable.
Important reminder
Apply ONLY one label to each handling unit, ensuring the label remains visible and is not covered by shrink wrap, tape, or other packaging materials.
One handling unit is a single piece of freight, such as a box, pallet containing multiple boxes, crate, or drum. Each handling unit is counted, moved, and tracked as one item during shipping.
