Day & Ross has been named to the Top Company for Women to Work in Transportation list for the eighth consecutive year. The recognition comes from Redefining the Road, the official magazine of the Women In Trucking Association (WIT).

The award celebrates companies that demonstrate a strong commitment to gender diversity, offer competitive compensation and benefits, provide flexible work options, and create opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Each company is evaluated on these criteria and validated by an industry-wide vote of more than 21,000 transportation professionals which include operations, safety, HR, and executive leaders, as well as professional drivers.
