We are pleased to announce that Crystal Nader has joined Day & Ross as Vice President, Human Resources.

Crystal brings a wealth of experience to her new role, most recently serving as Senior Director, HR Shared Services at McCain Foods.

Since joining McCain in June 2012 in Carberry, Manitoba, Crystal has held progressively senior HR roles, with relocations across Manitoba to Illinois and to New Brunswick. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated strong strategic HR leadership by aligning human resources strategies with business goals and driving both organizational and employee success.

Crystal’s HR expertise spans shared services, manufacturing, sales, and marketing, supporting a wide range of client groups. She also lead McCain’s Employee Experience Centre, focusing on enhancing HR systems and processes to support business growth and improve the overall employee experience.
