Hartland, NB – Day & Ross Freight has announced the following organizational changes effective immediately. To support the continued success and future growth opportunities of its business, the Company has made several changes in its organizational structure and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
John Moss, Vice-President of Terminals, is assuming a role with The Day & Ross Transportation Group to continue the strategic initiatives aimed at aligning processes and infrastructure to business growth objectives. As a leader of the Terminal Teams and a member of the Freight SLT, John has played an instrumental role in helping the Freight Division deliver successive years of outstanding business results. Although John leaves the Day & Ross Freight Division, the Company is confident that his work with the Group will directly contribute to the ongoing success in Freight.
Shawn Browne, Regional Director Central Canada, is the newest member of the Freight SLT in his new role of Senior Director of Terminal Operations, reporting directly to Doug Tingley. Shawn has been leading Ontario Terminal Operations as its Director since 2014. This region has been critical to supporting the Company’s growth and it has operated with a high level of proficiency under Shawn’s leadership. Shawn has demonstrated a strong ability to bring sustainable operating solutions to the Company that both enhance the customer experience and support its ability to operate effectively. He works well across different departments and is a staunch supporter of broker partners.

As a result of these changes, Day & Ross Freight will continue to deliver sustainable shipping solutions to its customers while building on its foundation.
