Changes to home delivery services

Dear Customer,

Thank you for the trust you continue to place in Day & Ross as we support the home delivery segment of your business. We are operating at full capacity, while carefully monitoring the situation with Covid-19 and keeping the safety of our teams, partners and customers top of mind. In the interest of public safety, Day & Ross will make the following changes to our home delivery services, starting March 21, 2020:

  • In-home services, including “Room of Choice”, will be suspended until conditions allow us to safely resume them.
  • We will continue to provide threshold deliveries to the “first dry space” based on the scheduled appointments. Instead of asking customers to handle and sign the driver’s device, drivers will type the name of the customer receiving the delivery and in place of signature, will enter “CV”.
  • "Hold for Pickup" service has been eliminated to reduce traffic in facilities and protect our employees. Instead, we are offering the option to deliver to consignee address.
  • We will continue to offer "No Signature Required" (NSR) service, which remains unchanged.
