My Day & Ross/Online Shipping

1. How do I register to ship online? 

To register for My Day & Ross, please go to the home page and click on Register Now.

2. I forgot my username and/or my password for My Day & Ross shipping portal. How do I get a new one?

To reset your username and/or password, click on the links located below Login on the home page.

3. How do I track my shipment?

To track a shipment, click on Track a Shipment on the home page or under the Shipping menu after you log in.

4. When I try to track my shipment I get an error. 

If you are experiencing an error when tracking a shipment, please ensure you enter only the three letters and first seven digits of your tracking number. The last digit (what is known as a ‘check digit’) is what causes the error. For example, if your PRO # is TOR12345678, enter only TOR1234567. If you continue to experience issues, please call one of our Customer Care Associates at 1.866.329.7677 who will be happy to assist you. 

5. Can I get a price on your website with no account? 

No. This service is only available to customers who have an existing and active account with Day & Ross and must be set up with secure access to My Day & Ross. If you do not have a Day & Ross account number, please contact our Spot Quotes Department and they will be happy to assist you (866.329.7677 - options 1 then 3 or email them at Day & Ross Spot Quotes).

6. Your online quotes will not take my town name in Quebec. Why? 

Our service points are maintained on a regular basis; however, there may be a time lag between when Canada Post updates until our system is updated. 

If you find any of these, please email My Day & Ross with the postal codes and cities and we will be able to get this updated for your use.

7. Your online quotes will not take my U.S. Zip code. Why? 

Our service points are maintained on a regular basis; however, there may be a time lag between when the United States Post Office updates until our system is updated.
